Peter Gross ERP consulting

Peter Gross, B.Sc., M.Eng. Founder and President

Peter is Pemeco’s Founder and President. He is a leading implementation expert according to the High Court of New Zealand, and has built a worldwide reputation as an authority on leading successful ERP implementation projects.

Peter has more than 35 years’ experience leading complex enterprise software, company integration, and process reengineering projects. Peter has personally delivered more than 100 major implementation projects, including the successful rescue of several failed projects initially managed by global consulting firms. Peter has authored Pemeco’s ERP implementation methodology, “Milestone Deliverables”, which is used by companies in more than 40 countries.

In addition to his project management expertise, Peter is an authority on manufacturing and distribution business processes, including: MRP II, master production scheduling, capacity requirements planning, manufacturing, logistics, costing, warehousing, and supply chain.

Peter has lectured at the University de Montréal, and has presented at various trade shows including the Canadian Manufacturing Technology Show and Project Summit & BusinessAnalystWorld. He is regularly cited by media and academics.

Jonathan Gross independent ERP selection consultant

Jonathan Gross, B.A. Hons, LL.B., M.B.A. Managing Director

Jonathan leads the firm’s business assessment, vendor evaluation, and enterprise software contract negotiations practice areas. He also overseas sales and operations business functions.

Jonathan has more than 10 years’ experience leading projects for manufacturing and distribution clients in North America and Europe. He has led the development and formalization of Pemeco’s methodologies relating business requirements assessment, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiations. At one point, these became the subject-matter of an upper-level M.B.A. course at the Schulich School of Business at York University.

Jonathan has also acted as a part-time MBA professor at the Schulich School of Business at York University. Jonathan has been cited as a thought leader by Cap-Gemini, Ernst & Yonge, Credit-Suisse, IBM, Microsoft, and others. One of Jonathan’s case studies has appeared in Accounting Information Systems, a textbook published by Pearson Education. Jonathan is oft-cited in various industry trade publications, including those published by TechTarget, SupplyChainBrain, IndustryWeek, and ZiffDavis B2B, among others. Finally, Jonathan has presented as a keynote speaker and panelist at various conventions and trade shows.

Peter Santaniello ERP consultant

Peter Santaniello, M.Sc. Systems Engineering Principal Consultant

Peter is an industry-leading expert in project management, IT strategy, enterprise software implementation, and organizational change management. Pemeco’s clients benefit from Peter’s unique blend of soft and hard skills, including interpersonal relationships, technical capabilities, and business savvy.

Peter successfully led the ERP implementation project at Boeing’s 737/757 division. In his capacity as IT Director at Huck Fasteners/Alcoa Fasteners, Peter managed the applications, infrastructure, and communications projects at 17 worldwide divisions, including the global rollout of a Tier-I ERP system. Peter is also an experienced IT infrastructure strategist who developed the strategic plan for and led the implementation of the infrastructure project for the U.S. Forces – Iraq.

Peter currently manages projects spanning enterprise software selection (ERP, QMS, CRM, BI, CAD, PLM, and others), project implementation, and custom software requirements definition for clients in aerospace and defense, medical device, high-tech and electronics, automotive, process, and wholesale distribution markets. From an integration perspective, Peter helps companies integrate organizational structures, business processes, and systems to achieve projected M&A synergies.

Russ Finney, B.S. Computer Systems Senior Consultant - IT Strategy and Operations

Russ Finney is a well-known international advisor, researcher, and speaker on subjects relating to IT strategic planning, agile development, virtual teams, collaboration, and analytics.

Russ spent more than 17 years as the Vice President of Information Systems for Tokyo Electron US Holdings, one of the world’s largest semiconductor production equipment manufacturers. Previously, he consulted for Ernst & Young.

Russ has a degree in Management Science and Computer Systems from Oklahoma State University.

Kimberly Boyd, BSISE Manager - Client Relations

Kim Boyd is Pemeco’s Manager, Client Relations. She leads Pemeco’s business development and ongoing client relationship functions. In this role, Kim is responsible for developing new business and assuring that clients receive the exceptional quality of services that they deserve. She is also responsible for managing relationships with the technology vendor community and assuring that Pemeco’s technology industry knowledge base remains current.

As an Industrial Engineer, Kim began her career in the automotive industry at General Motors. She later joined IBM leveraging her manufacturing and engineering knowledge to help IBM clients define solutions to meet their business requirements. Since leaving IBM, Kim has held several customer relations, marketing, and sales roles with technology companies focused on supporting process and discrete manufacturing clients. In addition to her hands-on manufacturing and distribution business expertise, Kim has experience in Enterprise Software, Supply Chain Management, Product Configuration, and Business Analytics solutions. She received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio.

Celia Kincaid ERP Consultant

Celia Kincaid, BBA, CPA Senior Consultant - Finance and Accounting

Celia is an operations-oriented CPA with more than 20 years of experience leading complex finance transformations as part of ERP implementations. Celia maintains several CPA and technology professional affiliations and was former Chairwoman of the Computerized Business Systems Committee of the Houston CPA Society.

Pemeco’s clients benefit from Celia’s large enterprise and Tier I and II ERP software experience to transform their finance departments. In addition to her ability to lead the finance function on major implementation projects, Celia provides our clients with continuous improvement services in the form of ongoing training, post-implementation optimization and user support. Celia has served the who’s-who of manufacturers and distributors including: Rolls Royce Commercial Marine, Curtiss-Wright, Weyerhaeuser, RTC Industries and NEC America, among others. Celia received her BBA in Accounting from Midwestern State University and is Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.

Vijay George, BS EE, MS SE Senior Consultant

Vijay brings more than 25 years of experience applying technology strategically across a range of sectors including utilities, government, manufacturing, IT services and management consulting.

Pemeco’s clients benefit from Vijay’s consulting and client-side large enterprise and public sector experience. Recently, Vijay acted as the VP for Texas Public Sector for Sogeti USA, a division of Capgemini S.A. He is the former CIO/CTO and Director of Innovation for the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. As a strategic member of the executive management team, Vijay led the statewide ERP modernization initiative, government transparency programs, and security and privacy modernization efforts. He had strategic and operational responsibility for the Innovation and Technology division for the state agency that supports the financial systems for the State of Texas including tax, accounting, payroll, treasury, and procurement for the $100B+ State government. Prior roles included acting as CIO for the Lower Colorado River Authority, executive management of two startup technology consulting firms to manufacturing and utility sector clients, and engineering at Alcoa.

Vijay holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University, an MS in Software Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from St. Edwards University. He is also a Registered Professional Engineering in Texas (inactive).
