John Tonne

John is a Senior Project Manager with over 20 years experience successfully delivering complex ERP and IT initiatives for companies in a wide variety of business sectors.

 

He has hands on experience managing multiple requirements definition, software selection and implementation projects. He is adept at planning and leading complete project life cycles, and is accustomed to managing small to large teams with blended operational, financial and technical resources.

 

John brings an unmatched business solutions perspective that is informed by the depth of his industry and consulting experience. In industry, he held senior project roles at multiple divisions of Texas Instruments. He has also managed operations, acted as controller, and acted as Director of IT. 

 

In his consulting career, John has successfully managed over a dozen ERP selection and implementation projects. He has spent a considerable portion of his career leading business process analysis and implementation projects across multiple functional groups. In other words, his ability to understand your business and translate it to a technology solution is a mainstay of his management approach.  This breadth of knowledge is a result of over 20 years management experience with several of the top consulting firms in the world. 

 

John has an accounting degree from Texas Tech University.

 

 

Peter Santaniello

Peter is an industry-leading expert in project management, IT strategy, ERP implementation, and organizational change management.

 

He successfully led the ERP implementation project at Boeing’s 737/757 division, including a challenging organizational change management initiative.In his position as IT Director at Huck Fasteners/Alcoa Fasteners, Peter managed applications, infrastructure, and communications projects at 17 worldwide divisions.

 

Peter is also an experienced IT strategist who developed the strategic plan for and led the implementation of the IT infrastructure project for the U.S. Forces – Iraq. As part of this initiative, Peter planned, developed, and implemented an IT organizational structure that included 230 communications and engineering positions responsible the deployment, security, and reliability of IT infrastructure in Iraq.

Morrie, B. Comm.

Senior Consultant, IT Implementation and Information Processing

 
Morrie brings more than 20 years of management consulting and information processing experience.  His areas of specialization include the application of computer and systems technology to industry.  Morrie manages implementation projects and guides users through smooth transitions to new operating environments.  He services the following industries: finance, manufacturing, distribution, customs brokers and retail. 
 

Raymond, B.A.

Senior Consultant, Change Management and HR Functional Expert

 
Raymond is a change management specialist.  He is responsible for implementing organizational change and HR management information systems.  Raymond also aligns corporate and human capital interests.  Further, he performs tasks relating to job analysis, job design, job evaluation and performance appraisals.  Among his other duties, Raymond designs remuneration systems, manages career transition, and advises on social benefit programs.  Before joining Pemeco, Raymond held senior HR management positions as well as other management positions in large and small organizations. 
 

Doug, M.B.A.

Senior Consultant, Implementation Management and Training

 
Doug is a senior management consultant and information systems professional.  He has implemented over 30 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems over a ten-year period.  He has developed training courses, and taught more than 120 training classes to CFOs, CIO’s, shop floor end-users, and others.  He services the manufacturing, aerospace and distribution industries. 
 

Sherry, MBA

Senior Consultant, Functional Expert -- Finance

 
Sherry joined Pemeco after spending 15 years working at one of North America's large aerospace companies.  Sherry is a finance expert who services discrete manufacturing and distribution companies.  She has managed large and small finance teams in several ERP implementations.
 

François, Dip.Sc.

Senior Consultant, IS and IT Infrastructure

 
François has 15 years management information system consulting experience.  He specializes in implementing IS systems and infrastructure, including enterprise software, communications, hardware and networking systems.  François obtained a diploma in computer science engineering from the Ecole Polytechnique de Montréal. 
 

Michael, B.Eng.,P.Eng

Senior Consultant, Industrial Engineering and Management Consulting

 
Michael is a business consultant with over 26 years of international management consulting and industrial engineering experience.  He works with executives of large international corporations as well as entrepreneurs in smaller companies.  Before joining Pemeco, Michael was selected by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) as part of a team of industrial development specialists.  UNIDO is dedicated to furthering development in the emerging countries of the third world.  He has served as president of the Quebec chapter of the Canadian Society of Industrial Engineers.
