What is the registration fee?
- The regular registration fee for this event is $1,195
per person.
Are you offering any discounts?

If part of a group of 2+ people, you can deduct
$100 per person from your registration fee.

If your registration and payment is received at
least 8 calendar weeks before the start of the seminar, you can
deduct $100 from your registration.
Can you invoice my company?
- Yes, but please note that full payment must be made
at least 30 days before the start of the seminar, or your registration
may be cancelled and your seat forfeited.
Is lodging included in the registration fee?
- Lodging is not included in the registration fee.
We suggest booking a hotel room at the host hotel. Details will
be sent with your confirmation packet.
When does the seminar start and end?
- Registration and check-in will open at 8:00 a.m.
, and the seminar will begin promptly at 9 a.m. We'll break for
lunch from noon until 1:30 p.m. The seminar will conclude at 4:30
p.m. on Day 1 and at 4:00 p.m. on Day 2.
What if I need to cancel my registration?

You may cancel your reservation without penalty
up to 30 calendar days before the event. If you need to cancel
fewer than 30 days before the event, you may apply your registration
fee to another event, or you may send another attendee in your
place. Substitutions are always welcome.

No shows will be responsible for the full registration
fee; no refunds or credit will be issued.

Cancellations must be made in writing.
What does my registration fee include?
- Your registration fee includes your attendance at
this two-day seminar, the seminar notebook, a copy of Milestone Deliverables:
A Hands-On Approach to ERP Implementations, the Milestone
Deliverables CD-ROM, a half-day consultation with Peter Gross,
continental breakfasts, lunches and beverages, and a private class
roster (for networking use only).
How do I know if I've got a seat at the session I want?

We will confirm your registration by email or fax
within 48 hours of receipt. Please be sure to provide a valid email
address and/or fax number.

A position on the waiting list does not guarantee
a seat in the seminar. Please do not make non-refundable airline
reservations until you receive a confirmation letter.
Is my registration fee tax deductible?
Expenses relating to your participation in this seminar may be tax
deductible. Check with your tax adviser to be sure.
What type of guarantee do you offer?
I guarantee that you will be satisfied with your participation in Managing

back. If you're dissatisfied for any
reason, just let me know and I'll authorize a prompt and courteous
refund … no questions asked. And you're free to keep the bonus
